Delete your account

We process every deletion request within 30 days. There are two ways to do it:

Option 1 — Inside the app (fastest)

If you have ReadyCitizen installed on your phone:

  1. Open the app and sign in to the account you want to delete
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete my account"
  4. Confirm by typing your email address

Your account and all data are removed immediately. You'll receive a confirmation in the app.

Option 2 — Request via this page

If you don't have the app installed (or can't sign in), email us using the form below. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What happens when we delete your account:
  • Your email and login are removed
  • Your study progress and quiz scores are deleted
  • Your mock interview transcripts are deleted
  • Your settings (interview date, language, test version) are deleted

Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it separately through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or the Google Play Store → Subscriptions (Android), or you'll continue to be billed.
